在学习与工作中，经常需要我们用英文做一些主题展示，或表达思想，或介绍经验，或推广品牌... ... Presentation既像演讲，又不同于演讲，同在于都需要良好的语言组织能力和表达沟通技巧，异在于，相比于演讲的某些渲染效果，Presentation对于信息传达的精准性和简洁性要求更高，目的性更强，往往还会借助PPT这一媒介。因此，不论是在课堂还是工作中，能做好一个英文Presentation的能力都极为重要。

继上两期内容之后，今天，英语君继续大家介绍做Presentation内容方面的注意事项。

大多数的presentation包括三大块和提问部分

在做presentation的过程中，“重复”是非常重要的，重复的黄金法则是

Say what you are going to say...

第一遍，说你将要说什么

say it...

第二遍，正式开始说

then say what you have just said.

第三遍，重复刚刚说的内容

这就是传说中的 重要的事说三遍。。。

换句话说，就是把同一个观点在上述的三大板块中都说一遍，即提出，介绍，总结。

下面，我们就这三大板块具体介绍一下

Introduction 引入部分

This is the first impression that your audience have of you. You should concentrate on getting your introduction right.

一般引入部分有四个目的：

welcome your audience

欢迎观众

introduce your subject

介绍主题

outline the structure of your presentation

列出提纲

give instructions about questions

对提问环节进行事先解说(如什么时候可以提问)

1. Welcoming your audience

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen

2. Introducing your subject

I am going to talk today about...

The purpose of my presentation is to introduce our new range of...

3. Outlining your structure

To start with I’ll describe the progress made this year. Then I’ll mention some of the problems we’ve encountered and how we overcame them. After that I’ll consider the possibilities for further growth next year. Finally, I’ll summarize my presentation (before concluding with some recommendations).

4. Giving instructions about questions

Do feel free to interrupt me if you have any questions.

I’ll try to answer all of your questions after the presentation.

I plan to keep some time for questions after the presentation.
