买菜 ≠ buy vegetables

我们平常说的买菜是指买我们所想吃的一些东西，包括蔬菜、荤菜等。但是 buy vegetables 只是指买蔬菜，荤菜不买。

那如果我们要表达买菜，有两种表达方式：

① go grocey shopping② get groceries

在国外，人们买菜时去大超市或者食品杂货店(grocery store)。所以买菜可以用 "grocery" 来表达。

Create your dinner menu for the entire week, and then go grocery shopping to get what you needfor every dinner. 设计好一周的正餐食谱，并去商店买好需要的材料。
